Mindy Holbrook is a Broker Associate with NEST Real Estate. She is a Texoma native, born and raised in Windthorst, Texas, and the Wichita Falls area. Mindy comes from a strong real estate background; her parents have built homes and owned investment properties since she was four years old. This foundation provided a seamless transition into the industry when she obtained her real estate license in 2019.
Mindy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Midwestern State University with a BBA in Marketing. In addition to her real estate license, she builds homes, owns investment properties, and flips houses. Her farm and ranch background gives her extensive knowledge of land and acreage properties. She also enjoys project management and interior design, working locally with Hooper Construction.
Clients value Mindy’s expertise in primary residences, investment properties, new construction, and land listings. When she’s not working with clients or managing properties, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two-year-old daughter, three dogs, three cats, and more cattle than she can count.
