Allison Gray is the Broker/Owner of NEST Real Estate Brokerage; a seasoned broker who specializes in assisting medical and military families relocating to Wichita Falls and the surrounding areas.
Allison has been a multi-million-dollar producer for the past eight years and is well-versed in the local real estate market. As a former Navy brat herself, Allison understands the unique challenges and needs of military families and is dedicated to helping them find their perfect home.
In her free time, Allison is active in the community, serving on the boards for the United Regional Foundation, including Children’s Miracle Network, the Wichita County Medical Alliance and Action Against Opioids. Allison is enthusiastic about real estate and looks forward to helping you feel at home in Wichita Falls.
Mindy Holbrook
Associate Broker
Mindy Holbrook is a broker associate for NEST Real Estate. Mindy is a Texoma native, born and raised in Windthorst, TX and the Wichita Falls area. She comes from a background in real estate. Her parents have built homes and owned investment properties since she was 4. This provided an excellent background and smooth transition for her when she obtained her real estate license in 2019. She also graduated Summa Cum Laude from Midwestern State University with a BBA in Marketing. In addition to her real estate license, Mindy builds homes, owns investment properties, and flips homes. Her farm and ranch background makes her knowledgeable of land/acreage properties. Mindy also enjoys project managing and doing interior design for Hooper Construction locally. Clients value her expertise in primary residences, investment properties, new builds, and land listings. When she’s not working with clients or on her properties, she’s usually spending time with her husband and 2-year-old daughter, 3 dogs, 3 cats, and too many cattle to count.
Alexandra Aulds
Realtor Associate
Alexandra Aulds is a native to the Wichita Falls area. She graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications. Alexandra grew up around her family’s real estate investment business, where she oversees ongoing property renovations and serves as their Property Manager. When she’s not working on rentals or property remodels, she loves spending time with her family on their Jack County ranch. Alexandra has an extensive knowledge of our local area, and details that make it so special. As a trusted Realtor on the NEST Real Estate team, she works to prove how passionate and hardworking she is for her clients.
